NAEYC Accreditation Online Portfolio's

I am wondering if anyone has been using the School Chapters Online System for NAEYC Portfolio's? As you know they are discontinuing the system. Therefore all Portfolio's on the system will no longer be able to be accessed from the system. It seems the only thing to do is to download and redo them in another system. So much work!! I am considering just downloading and printing and using as is for accreditation.
Has any one had this experience? Any suggestions?

We found the software rather clunky anyway. Although we tend to go with tech, we switched to paper portfolios. (And, yes, we redid EVERYTHING.) I think with the new streamlined re-accreditation, paper will be even easier...even if it seems like an outdated way to do things. We did consider using a Google Doc and putting info in that way. Has anyone tried this?

We used School Chapters  for all our portfolio needs.  When I found out they were no longer doing online portfolios I did some research and found that there are a couple other programs out there who have the NAEYC portfolios.  I also found that they did fit our needs and to be costly.  I was able to downloaded all our classroom portfolios and was able to get them changed from PDFs to a word document.  The word document would have allowed us to make changes, but we decided that the easiest thing to do was to start over.  Since we have to start over I have been researching and found that they have put on the website information on the new streamlining portfoilos.  We are going with them and I am in the process of creating powerpoints to keep them on the computer.  We are a Greenleaf school so I am finding ways to keep our school green.

What were other programs that you came across to support you in creating a digital portfolio?
