1.  Login Changes: Hello & New NAEYC Membership Site

Dear Community Members,

As part of NAEYC's exciting new technology upgrade, we are pleased to announce that starting Thursday morning you will use the same login information for both the new NAEYC Membership site and Hello. Because of this upgrade, all NAEYC members are required to create a new password the first time they try to login to either Hello or the new membership site.

(If you have already logged into the new membership site you don't have to do anything: you should be able to log into Hello the same credentials)

For those of you who have not created a new password, creating one is quick, and easy.

To log in and set up your NEW Member Account:

  • Click on the "login" button above or go to members.naeyc.org/eweb/
  • Select 'Forgot Your Password?'
  • Enter the email address associated with your NAEYC account
You will receive an email to reset your password. and login.

Remember: this will also be the information you use to log into Hello.

I'm not able to log in because every time I ask to reset my password, it says my email is connected to multiple accounts (!?!).  Is this happening to anyone else?  I'm able to respond through email, but can't actually log in.

Hi Lydia,

Thanks for your message. This is a common question we've encountered as a part of our technology upgrade, and is related to the update of our member data. Rest assured that it won't affect your member account or benefits!

Just send a quick email to membership@naeyc.org with your name, email address, and the best phone number to reach you, and indicate your email is linked to multiple accounts. Our CCC team is addressing these as quickly as possible and we'll get you logged in ASAP!

I had the same issue as Lydia for most of the week- happily fixed now!  Thank you to naeyc staff for getting this new system up and running!
